- Start/end: Urgent block 9/5 (am) through 9/14 (am), plus ongoing coverage as needed
- Schedule: Weekend 24-hour call (Sat/Sun 7a-7a); Monday-Friday 7a-5p hourly plus 5p-7a night call
- Coverage type: Inpatient and clinic, plus call
- Volume: 4-6 CT surgery inpatients; clinic 10-12 (only patients needing to be seen in the regular surgeon's absence); 1-2 CABG/week, 5-7 other surgical cases average; hospital daily census 75
- Setting: Inpatient/clinic; provider must see patients and perform procedures at the facility (no transferring patients out)
- Support: PA, NP, MA for office, office supervisor
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing: ASAP Clinical Details
- Required scope: Round on inpatients on the CV surgery service and take call for emergent procedures - CABG, thoracic; provider must perform procedures on site
- Preferred scope: Vascular (a bonus, not required) Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- License: OH required
- ACLS
- Active DEA Compensation
- Rate negotiable, open to your number
