Physician - Thoracic Surgery - Cardio Thoracic Surgery
Job Details:
- Locum Tenens coverage needed 10-14 days per month including weekend call
- Weekday call coverage consists of 2 nights per week (5pm-7am) plus weekend call (Friday 7am through Monday 7am)
- Clinic one day per week with daily hours from 7am-5pm
- Preference for one provider to cover the entire assignment; minimum availability of two weeks per month required
- Coverage cannot end mid-weekend; transitions occur at Friday 7am or Monday 7am
- Must be board certified in Cardio Thoracic Surgery; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges
- Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days
- Active Washington State license or IMLC required
- Impella 5.5 Implant/Support required
- Aortic valve conservation procedures required
- Aortic root remodeling and enlargement required
- General cardiovascular and thoracic surgery required (open and endoscopic)
- Coronary artery bypass surgery required, both on-pump and off-pump
- Valvular repair and replacement required
- Aneurysm repair required, including cardiac and aorto-thoracic
- TAVR required
- CABG required
- Ventilator management required
- Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required
- Insertion of central line required
- Insertion of arterial line required
- Insertion of PA catheter required
- Insertion of IABP required
