- Job Setting: Hospital Based
- Types of Cases: CABG, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery, ICU Management of high-risk cases including Impella Insertion/Removal/Bailout; Medical management of critically ill patients, Structural Heart Procedure Support in Hybrid OR / Cath Lab
- Credentialing: 90 days
- Board Certified
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active Kentucky license preferred, will consider candidates needing to obtain license
