- Assignment Length: Coverage needed ASAP-10/11, 10/16-10/31, 11/09-11/24, and 12/01-12/15
- Patient Volume: Approximately 30 patients
- EMR: Meditech, Patient Keeper, eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Requirements: Board Certified PA-C preferred; APRN considered; active FL license or eligibility; BLS, ACLS, and DEA (if applicable)
- Core Skills: Cardiothoracic surgery experience, surgical first assist, endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH), CABG, valve procedures, aortic surgery, thoracic surgery, inpatient consults, rounding, perioperative and postoperative management
- Setting: Hospital-based Cardiothoracic Surgery service with 24-hour call coverage
- Support: Collaboration with Trauma Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Radiology
- Credentialing: Expedited start available for qualified providers
