- Position: Locums - CVT Surgeon
- Must have UTAH license and UTAH DEA
- Dates: September 18-25, December 28-Jan 3
- This would be call coverage only during this time and no clinic coverage
- This is a level II trauma center and we need someone that can also do thoracic surgery and well as cardiovascular component
- 24 hour call coverage
- Physician Must be Board Certified and Board Eligible
- Patient load is approximately 10-12 patients per week. Approx 3-5 consults for 7 days and 1-3 surgeries per week, usually 1 cardiac and 2-3 thoracic cases
- Practice does about 80 hearts per year
- Support Staff: Practice has 1 APP, 1 MA, 1 MOS, 1 RN
- Provider will need to do cases alone and has no NP assist
- The facility has a vein harvest team that is provided by the hospital
- Has an NP that can assist Monday-Thursday from 8-5Become an ICON:
