- Inpatient 24 hour call
- Skills/Procedures:
- Physician will primarily be doing CABG. They will not do root or arch work at this facility.
- Case Log Requirement:
- Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgical procedures in the past 12 months.
- Support Staff:
- 3 PA s for inpatient (rounding and assistance, 1 st assist in surgical cases)

Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years
- Board Certified
- Must have an active Indiana Medical License and DEA
- Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgery procedures in the past 12 months.
