- Availability Requirement: Exact availability must be included at presentation; listed dates are firm

- Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon
- Active South Carolina medical license
- Availability for the required coverage blocks
- Current Cardiothoracic Surgery experience
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes
- Cardiovascular, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery experience preferred Clinical Details
- Provide Cardiothoracic Surgery beeper-call coverage
- Round on assigned inpatients
- Evaluate urgent Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery needs
- Perform emergency operative procedures when required
- Preferred scope includes CABG, valve repair and replacement, aneurysm repair, TAVR, and thoracic surgery
- Additional preferred skills include vascular surgery, bronchoscopy, pacemaker placement, and invasive line placement
- No APP supervision, resident supervision, or teaching responsibilities
