Position Highlights & Requirements

We are seeking a Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon for predictable, ongoing monthly call coverage in Minnesota starting October 2026.

Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) State Medical License or active IMLC required.
Certifications: Board Eligible (BE) in Cardiothoracic Surgery, ACLS, ATLS.
EHR System: EPIC.
Scope of Practice: Dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage. Note: Vascular surgery is covered by a separate, dedicated vascular service.

Schedule & Coverage Pattern

Monthly Volume: 7 10 days per month (flexible up to 14 days).
Preferred Block: Ideal schedule pattern is a 7- to 9-day block structured as bookend weekends with the connecting week in between (exact dates TBD).
