Clinical Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage patients with retinal diseases , including retinal detachments, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and vitreoretinal disorders
• Perform retinal surgeries and procedures , including vitrectomies, retinal laser treatments, and intravitreal injections
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ophthalmology team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical documentation, EMR updates, and quality assurance initiatives
• Maintain high standards of patient care and surgical outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• MD or DO with Board Certification in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery
• Active medical license in the state(s) of practice
• Proven experience performing advanced retinal procedures
• Strong surgical skills and ability to work independently
