Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures
- Interest in building a long-term cosmetic surgery practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for the first two years or percentage of collections, whichever is greater
- Collections model: 35% (Years 1-2), 40% (Years 3-5), and 45% (Year 6+)
- Partnership track with equity ownership and partner earning potential exceeding $1 million annually
