- Coverage dates:
- 9/13 - 9/21
- 10/12 - 10/19
- Schedule:
- Mondays - Fridays the provider will be in clinic 8 am - 5 pm plus take night call via pager
- On Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), 24 hour call
- Will accept truly BE (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified
- Patient volume: 16 patients per day in clinic
- Must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients
- Support staff: 1 RN, 2 LPN's, 2 registration specialists, audiologists
- Credentialing timeline: 45 days
