Surgical First Assist (PA-C or NP/RNFA) Oncology & General Surgery Plano, TX
Trade clinic days for a full-time OR role. This Dallas surgical group is adding an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA to first assist on robotic and laparoscopic oncology and general surgery cases. You ll work Monday through Friday with no call, no weekends, and no clinic duties. The role comes with guaranteed salary , strong benefits, and room to move into management.
What the Schedule Looks Like
- Monday through Friday, averaging 30hrs per week
- No call, no weekends, no clinic, no orders, no rounding
- Lighter days will wrap up by noon
- Your home facility (hospital or ASC) is assigned based on your experience and location
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed annual salary of $135,000-$150,000, based on experience
- Productivity bonus of up to $8,000 per year
- Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus of up to $15,000
- PTO, 401(k) with employer match, CME stipend, and health plans
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided
- Advancement: PAs and NPs here take on management roles, with compensation that increases with the responsibility
