Shift Details
24-hour call coverage, 8am-8am
14 days per month call coverage
Hospital-based assignment includes rounding and admits with coverage
Weekend coverage required, on call

Requirements
Board Certified
ACLS
Active Michigan license (IMLC accepted if 100% clean background)
Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is acceptable)
Completed fellowship with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
Provider must perform both spinal and cranial procedures
NPDB self-query pulled within one month

Assignment Details
24-hour call plus rounding and admits
Emergent call coverage
Daily inpatient rounding
Imaging, lab, procedure rooms, and OR all on site
1 Neurosurgeon, 1 ortho-spinal surgeon, and Neurosurgery APPs available in clinic
Providers can expect to see 5-10 inpatients per day
