Neurosurgery Locums Job in Southwest Ohio 24-Hour Call
One of our partnering hospitals is seeking Neurosurgery locums coverage beginning in October and ongoing. The locums will work 7 days per month, taking 24-hour cranial and spine call. Candidates with an active Ohio license would be preferred for an expedited onboarding process.
Job Details:
Coverage duration: October 2026 - at least March 2027
Shifts needed: 7 days per month
Schedule: Monday 7am - Monday 7am
24-hour call + emergent OR as needed
Daily OR 1st case for emergent call
Consults/follow up patients per day: 15-20
Support staff: 24/7 APP support: On-site inpatient team that is 1st for consults + additional dedicated OR APP
Procedures: Cranial and Spine
Candidate Requirements:
Active Ohio license or IMLC
Experience with Level I trauma, tertiary referral hospitals
Board Certified in Neurosurgery or true Board Eligible
