- Provide expert Orthopaedic Trauma surgical care to patients within the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with all safety and medical regulations
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Assist in training and mentoring staff as needed
Required:
- Valid Washington State medical license and board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Minimum of X years of trauma surgery experience
- Strong clinical skills in trauma treatment and emergency orthopedic procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting within a trauma unit
- ACLS and BLS certifications
