Role:
- Location: Goldsboro, NC (50mins from Raleigh)
- General Orthopedic Surgeon
- Opportunity for subspecialty interests (e.g., Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma)
- Surgical volume includes total joints, and cases requiring robotic assistance
- Shared call rotation required to support the practice and community needs
- Team has 5 surgeons and 3 APP's
- Must be flexible to accommodate urgent/emergent cases and surgical add-ons
- Practice supported by experienced APPs, x-ray techs, and clinical/admin staff
- Outpatient-based, with access to state-of-the-art OR facilities
- EPIC EMR across the system
Background Profile:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, or similar
- Experience with robot-assisted procedures and total joint replacements
- Comfortable with call coverage and urgent/emergent orthopedic care
- Eligible for a NC state Medical License
