General Surgeon Opportunity
Mission Hospital McDowell is seeking an experienced general surgeon to join an expanding surgical practice in Marion, NC.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified / board eligible in general surgery
- Experience in upper and lower scoping
- Interest in bread and butter general surgery
Position Highlights:
- Join a team of two (2) FT general surgeons covering the east market; facilities covered are Mission McDowell in Marion, NC and Blue Ridge Regional Hospital (BRRH) in Spruce Pine, NC
- 10 days of call per month
- Dedicated APP support at each facility
- No robot at either facility

- Critical Access Hospital features 30 inpatient beds, including five labor and delivery suites
