What You ll Do

• Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care for adult patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform complex thoracic surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergent cases as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong surgical skills and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
