What You ll Do

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions through physical exams and imaging studies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical approaches
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care and therapy providers
• Participate in on-call coverage and manage emergency orthopedic cases
• Maintain accurate medical records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery and apply evidence-based practices
• Engage in continuing medical education to enhance skills and knowledge

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Vermont medical license or eligible
• Proven experience in orthopedic surgery, including familiarity with latest techniques
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience with joint replacements, arthroscopy, or trauma surgery
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
