- Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem
- Licenses/Certifications: Ohio license required; ACLS, ATLS, PALS preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year surgical experience, open heart surgical experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $275 $290/hour (Tier 1 or Tier 2 rates)

What You ll Do:
- Assist with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries, including CABG, vein and artery harvesting
- Support hospital rounding and assist in various surgical procedures
- Provide assistance in clinic as needed
- Take call shifts for emergent and elective surgeries
- Remove Chest Tubes, Pulmonary Artery Catheters, Epicardial Wires, and intra-aortic balloon pumps when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
What You Need:
- Ohio state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of surgical experience, preferably with open heart procedures
- Key skills: surgical assistance, blood vessel harvest, chest tube removal
- Preferred: experience with cardiac and thoracic procedures
- Ability to cover scheduled dates: 08 27 and 08 14
