JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: NCCPA or ANCC Certified
- Licenses: Active CA license
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Experience: Trauma/Critical Care experience
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice/background, Local preferred, Actively working at TJC-accredited hospital
- Take patient history; perform physical exam; make assessment and diagnosis; record data in meaningful manner.
- Order x-ray, other studies, therapeutic diets, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, and nursing services.
- Order, perform, or assist in lab procedures, screening procedures, and therapeutic procedures.
- Recognize and evaluate emergencies; institute life-saving treatment when necessary.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding physical and mental health, including medications, diets, and disease management.
