Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in PA Studies- REQUIRED
- NCCPA Certified - REQUIRED no exceptions
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado - REQUIRED
- Must be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must have no sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA - REQUIRED
- Must hold BLS (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) no exemptions - REQUIRED
- Experience: 2 years of trauma surgery preferred OR completion of surgical fellowship - HIGHLY PREFERRED
