- Experience: Preferably 1+ years in cardiovascular surgical or inpatient setting
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:
- Provide inpatient rounding and surgical consults for cardiovascular patients
- Participate in emergency room call coverage consistent with team needs
- Assist with surgical procedures including CABG, VATS, thoracotomies, lobectomies, AAA repairs, arterial bypasses, and valve replacements
- Manage approximately 15-20 post-op patients weekly
- Collaborate with a team of cardiovascular surgeons and advanced practice providers
- Support a high-volume surgical program performing roughly 90 procedures per month
What You Need:
- Current Louisiana Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in cardiovascular, thoracic, or surgical patient care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient and surgical rounding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
