What You ll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under supervision
• Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre/post-operative care
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results
• Conduct orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and office-based interventions
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, recovery, and rehabilitation
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Participate in rotational call coverage and team collaboration
• Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital safety standards

What You Need:

• Current Vermont medical license and PA-C certification
• Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience (not accepting new grads)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong communication, assessment, and procedural skills
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical and surgical setting
