Locums - Anderson, Indiana, General Surgery Opening
Clinical Role
- Start January 1, 2027 with ongoing need
- 2 General Surgeons requested
- Call-only coverage
- Assigned and unassigned patients
- Hospitalist service handles admissions
- Level III Trauma Center
- Stroke-certified facility
Schedule & Call
- Every weekend or every other weekend, depending on availability
- Call coverage from Thursday at 7:00 pm-Monday at 7:00 am
- 30-minute call response time required
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Approximately 8 patients seen while on call
- Approximately 3 phone consultations
Support & Systems
- Epic EMR
Requirements & Credentialing
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Indiana license required
- BLS required
