Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days

Schedule & Shift Breakdown
  • Coverage Type: Weekend Call Coverage Only (No Scheduled Outpatient Clinic)
  • Shift Window: Thursday (7:00 PM) through Monday (7:00 AM) 88 continuous hours of weekend call per block
  • Schedule Options: Facility will accept candidates offering either Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend coverage on an ongoing basis
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Eligible (BE) in General Surgery
  • Licensure: Active Indiana State Medical License
  • Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
