- Experience: Trauma/Critical Care experience preferred, surgical assisting/training required for surgical duties

What You ll Do:
- Conduct patient histories and physical exams in a trauma setting
- Develop, review, and revise treatment plans per state regulations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
- Collaborate with supervising physicians for complex case management
- Provide patient education on health management and discharge instructions
- Support in assisting with surgery as a surgical first or second assistant (must have documented training or certification)
- Assist in robotic-assisted surgeries (if qualified) with proper training and certification
- Support trauma services, including management of trauma patients and coordination of care
- Initiate admissions, manage ongoing patient care, and facilitate community referrals
What You Need:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Trauma or Critical Care experience preferred
- Surgical assisting or training in surgical procedures (for surgical support roles)
- Ability to perform emergency procedures, wound care, and trauma assessments
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
