Oversight of staff. Scheduling of Surgeries.Job Duties/Responsibilities:• OR schedule• Call Schedule• Staff as needed• Quality• Meeting attendance• Meeting agenda and minutes for Department of Surgery• Yearly Budget• Capital Purchases• Staff Oversight• Meeting with sales reps• Performs other duties as assigned• Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associatesEducation Experience: Bachelor's Level DegreeLicense/Certificate Required: NoDriver's License Required: YesTravel Requirements: NoneAge Requirement: 18+Job Requirements:• RN• ACLS• BLS• PALS
