What You’ll Do

• Perform vascular procedures, including arterial bypasses and AAA repairs, independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide inpatient vascular rounding and surgical consults
• Manage high-acuity vascular patients and participate in ER call coverage
• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and advanced practice providers
• Contribute to a surgical volume of approximately 90 procedures per month
• Ensure preoperative planning and intraoperative decision-making
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Active Louisiana medical license (or eligible)
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Experience with vascular procedures (arterial bypasses, AAA repairs, thoracic work)
• Ability to participate in inpatient care, ER call, and multidisciplinary team settings

Preferred:

• Proven operative experience with high-volume vascular cases
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Commitment to delivering high-quality vascular care
