• Full-time employed Breast Surgery opportunity in central New York
• General Surgeon role with a dedicated focus on Breast Surgery
• Join an established surgical group of 15 surgeons and 6 APCs
• Certified cancer treatment program with regional diagnostic and treatment center support
• Practice at a 180-bed primary hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation
• Strong built-in referral base from 500+ network clinicians
• Full support staff, including PAs, surgical residents, and medical students
• State-of-the-art ORs with dedicated Xi da Vinci Surgical System
• No general surgery call required
• General surgeons share call coverage for Breast Surgery patients
• Some regional travel for patient care
• Group-employed model

Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary range: $355,000 - $382,698
• Performance-based compensation with no earnings cap and strong first-year upside potential
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
• Supportive transition allowance
Job Qualifications:
• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
• Breast Surgery experience or fellowship training preferred
• New York State medical license or eligibility
• BLS certification required
• DEA required
