Schedule
Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts from 06:45 to 19:15. Must be available to float and cover weekend shifts as per unit needs.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 5 years, to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various surgical procedures, particularly in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Robotics, and Trauma.
Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by providing sterile instruments and support to the surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring all instruments are accounted for and functioning.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and surgeons to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
• Float to different ORs as required by patient needs and unit demands.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of Surgical Technology experience; 5 years preferred.
• CST certification required; NBSTSA preferred.
• Possession of a valid CA state license preferred; pending licenses accepted.
• Strong experience in Trauma Level I settings.
• Ability to maintain high standards of patient care and safety protocols.
