Healthcare Position
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift hours can vary between 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 09:30 PM. On-call during the week is required until 07:00 AM one night per week. On-call on weekends is from the end of the shift on Friday until 07:00 AM on Monday every fourth weekend. Holiday shifts or on-call hours are variable based on the holiday rotation, including Labor Day.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to fill an open position. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing care and support in a healthcare setting while adhering to relevant protocols and procedures. The professional must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to established guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled.
• Attend required training and compliance sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
• Completion of health history and immunizations as outlined, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and PPD/IGRA testing.
• Trinity professional credentials verification.
• Drug screening and background checks as required.
• Completion of training programs relevant to role assignment, including Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training.
