Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.Perform basic equipment adjustments and report production or quality issues.Maintain production records and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Surface Mount Operator Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. Previous SMT, machine operator, assembly, electronics manufacturing, or production experience preferred.Basic computer skills and ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products, identify defects, and perform basic equipment adjustments.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
