Managing the day-to-day administration of bonding and insurance programs, the remote Surety and Insurance Risk Manager will oversee bond submissions, risk reporting, and insurance program administration while collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, and Growth teams. Key responsibilities Manage performance bond submissions, tracking paperwork, timelines, and status across all live deals Build and maintain portfolio-wide risk reporting to aggregate bond capacity, exposure, and insurance program status Administer corporate and project-level insurance programs, including renewals and coverage tracking Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or performance bonds/surety Working knowledge of performance bond underwriting, pricing, and structuring Solid understanding of corporate and project-level insurance programs Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to operate with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment
