Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Surety Account Manager will manage a designated book of business, support client inquiries, and coordinate bond services while working remotely. Key responsibilities Service and support client accounts by responding to inquiries and maintaining documentation of communications and issues Process new and renewal billings accurately and manage necessary documentation throughout the life of the bond Engage with internal teams to determine action plans for billing discrepancies and ensure compliance communications are created and sent as needed Required qualifications Ability to research industry trends and governmental regulations related to surety bonds Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and carriers Strong understanding of bond/surety industry developments and products Critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions Self-directed with a proven track record of high performance
