Working remotely, the full-time Support Systems Engineer will implement, configure, and support CareDx software platforms and HL7 interfaces, ensuring system reliability and a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot CareDx software and HL7 interfaces, ensuring compliance with SLAs Advise customers on software and hardware requirements, providing ongoing support and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and stay updated on emerging technologies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in system engineering, implementation, and automation Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and managing Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle databases Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and VPN protocols Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and software interface troubleshooting
