We have recognition programs that are offered throughout the year.Responsibilities of a Floater include:Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classesAssist lead teacher in implementing the lessons each weekProvide a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment for children to learn and growWork directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer serviceWhat's it like to be a teacher at our School?Feel a sense of accomplishment as you experience the laughter and wonder of children participating in activities you plannedObserve children's interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculumCommunicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussionsEngage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your professionQualifications:High School diploma requiredMust be 18 years or olderChild Development Associate (CDA) preferred1-2 years of previous experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferredAbility to help implement and execute engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans (curriculum is provided by Goddard)Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty membersAbility to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operationsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a cribMeets background check eligibilityAs part of a larger franchise system, in operation for 35 years, we are the premier spot for early childhood learning for children from six weeks to six years old.
