Support Staff

The Rockaway Hotel is a 4 star Hotel in Rockaway Beach with three restaurant outlets and an event space This role supports servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment as a Busser/Runner .

This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to gain experience in a high-volume venue while working with a collaborative team.

• Support the kitchen and servers during service

• Run food and drinks to guests quickly and accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

• Clear and reset tables as needed

• Assist with opening and closing side work

• Ability to work in a  fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Positive attitude and reliability

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Evening and weekend availability required

• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
