Job description
This position is responsible for the installation of various replacement fire alarm components as well
as the maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems. Assists in scheduling and testing of fire alarm
systems. Work is performed independently and with fire alarm sub-contractors. Using specialized
tools, fire alarms will be maintained to all codes, safety practices and regulations.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years of electrical/electronic/fire alarm experience. Must obtain and retain
NICET Level I certification within first year of employment. Ability to read blueprints.
May work with software applications.
