You'll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.Your responsibilities may include:Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routinesSupporting medical needs and appointmentsFollowing individualized support and behavior plansEncouraging community involvement and social engagementWorking collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive teamNo two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What We're Looking For: We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDValid Connecticut Driver's LicensePersonal Insured VehicleAbility to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First AidExperience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required.
