Support Staff

The Northman Beer & Cider Garden is hiring organized, energetic, and hospitality-driven Front of House Support team members to help create exceptional guest experiences in our busy outdoor beer garden. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

As a Front of House Support team member, you'll play a key role in keeping service running smoothly by assisting with food and beverage delivery, maintaining clean and welcoming guest spaces, stocking service stations, and supporting our front-of-house team wherever needed. No serving experience is required—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in where needed.

• Outdoor, high-volume work environment
• Seasonal role through the end of October
• 3–5 shifts per week; weekend availability is required 
• Compensation: Minimum wage + tips (average earnings $25+/hour)

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately
• Reset and clean tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment
• Stock and organize service stations throughout each shift
• Assist servers and bartenders with guest needs and service support
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and assist with opening and closing duties
• Anticipate operational needs and help keep service running efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests while supporting the overall team

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
