Support Staff For Behavioral Health ProgramsNat-su Behavioral Health is in need of full-time support staff for our behavioral health programs. This position would include medication distribution, following the facilities schedule, and enforcing boundaries with compassion and understanding.ResponsibilitiesBecome familiar with Wellbriety curriculum.Offer peer support services for individuals and groups.Maintain medication count and proper documentation.Assist clients with a routine.Provide oversight and mentorship to current behavioral health clients.Other duties and responsibilities as needed.Required Qualifications and PreferencesPrevious work in substance abuse preferred.Maintain professional boundaries.At least one year of experience.Strong relationship building skills and a dedicated team orientation to health and wellbeing.Experience with Wellbriety preferred.Native American preference.Valid driver license.Work ScheduleDay shift, swing shift, graveyard shift, weekend shift.Rate$18.00 per hour.This position is subject to Native American/Alaskan Native preference.
