Support Services Project Manager/SpecialistLocation: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Onsite)Duration: 4 years ContractThe scope of the proposed services will include the following:Provide OTS liaison support for needs from agency, vendor, and OTS verticalsManage project resources, including other internal groups or third partiesDevelop and manage Agency and stakeholder relationshipsFocus on project’s productivityManage and track OTS decisions, participation, and tasks with the goal of providing timely completionKeep track of project invoices and is able to provide budget projectionsAssist in identification and resolution of project risks and issuesProvide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, release plan, and expectationsCommunicate project timelines and updates, providing weekly updates in Product Delivery’s portfolio systemParticipate in the development of and/or review of project management plans, process documents, deliverables and transition plansAssist with updating JIRA itemsAssist with UAT planning and bug tracking/reportingHelp develop transition plans from: development team to production support team and from product development to product go-liveAssist with the removal of impedimentsExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:A minimum of 10 years project management experienceExperience in modernized service deliveryExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Project Management Professional Certification
