Linktree seeks a Support Operations Manager for a 12-month fixed-term engagement in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area. You’ll own the systems, processes, and data that power support for 70+ million Linkers worldwide, routing, staffing, quality, tooling and AI-powered automation.
You’ll partner with Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Trust & Safety to design workflows, manage BPO partnerships, forecast demand, and report on performance.
