To support a growing team, the full-time Support Developer will manage daily tasks related to WordPress and Go High Level, including troubleshooting, client communication, and implementing various technical solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform WordPress and Go High Level support and maintenance tasks, including DNS changes and plugin installations Implement email automation and newsletter campaigns using various marketing software Communicate regularly with Project Managers and clients to clarify tasks and provide updates on project statuses Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front-end/web/support/WordPress developer Intermediate proficiency in WordPress, Go High Level, PHP/MySQL, and JavaScript Experience with server administration and API integrations Ability to work during company business hours (9am to 5pm EST) Strong customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement
