Key responsibilities Support customers in the development and use of the Digibee Platform Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of client requests Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer support services Required qualifications Solid knowledge in programming logic and integration patterns Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, web services, and APIs Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and basic networking concepts Ability to manage critical incidents and communicate effectively with teams Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish
