Who you are:
- 6+ months of help desk, technical support, field service, or related experience, with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based systems, computer hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Curious, persistent problem solver with the ability to follow documented procedures and learn new technologies quickly.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, POS, printer, scanner, and networking-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, POS equipment, and other technology systems used by customers.
- Document service activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and support projects.
- Collaborative, laid-back culture with mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Variety of work including help desk support, installations, and field projects.
- Minimal micromanagement with autonomy and flexibility to succeed.
