To enhance data operations, the full-time Support Analyst will monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform and infrastructure issues while serving as a liaison between technical and operational teams. Key responsibilities Communicate directly with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary and documenting after outage reports Coordinate and troubleshoot application or product-related issues among data operations, development, and infrastructure teams Document and improve production support processes, contributing to the knowledge base for future reference and training Required qualifications Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field preferred 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments Knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools 0-1 year of experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or VB scripting Project management experience preferred
