Support Analyst Level 1

To support restaurant clients using PAR OPS, the full-time remote Support Analyst Level 1 will manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members while becoming a subject matter expert on the software. Key responsibilities Receive and respond to support requests from restaurant managers regarding PAR OPS operations Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to higher-level support as necessary Create and manage support tickets while contributing to the internal knowledge base Required qualifications Technical degree, certifications, or equivalent experience preferred 2-3 years of experience working with technology in the hospitality industry preferred Previous restaurant management experience preferred Strong written communication skills, with a focus on client-facing interactions Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organization
