Supply System Analyst (WMS)Location: Albany, GA Position is contingent upon contract award. This is an anticipated opportunity, and hiring is dependent on contract funding and customer approval. This role supports warehouse and supply chain operations by analyzing system data, identifying trends, and resolving operational issues.
It serves as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities and works closely with Government stakeholders to ensure accurate data processing, reporting, and system performance.Key Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain transactions and system data to identify discrepancies and problem areasEvaluate and recommend improvements to supply system processes and workflowsAssess impacts of proposed system or regulatory changes on operationsCoordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural issuesResearch and troubleshoot system-related problems and data inconsistenciesServe as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) point of contact for Government communicationsMonitor workload trends and proactively identify potential operational issuesPerform WMS transaction inquiries and system-level analysisUtilize WMS and other Government systems to support supply chain operationsPrepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholdersSupport inventory reconciliation and operational reporting requirementsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) yearsExperience with inventory accountability and warehouse operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with logistics systems and data analysis toolsValid driver's licenseU.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain installation accessBenefits:Comprehensive and competitive benefits including Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, paid Federal holidays, health insurance, dental, vision, AD&D, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a Fidelity 401K.PRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
